Dear Members of 3AKH members.
As part of celebrations for the 30th anniversary of the Academy of Self Aikido, it is proposed to members of the school to participate in the project haiku. The terms of the project are:
1) The topic of the haiku must be related to Japan.
2) The number of haiku sent is unlimited.
3) The haiku sent will be printed on the menus of the meals of the day closing (one per menu).
4) They can be written in languages other than French. The haiku written in Italian, English, German, Spanish ... may be accompanied by a French translation. But a call is addressed in this letter to people in our school to form a group of translators.
5) haiku may be submitted until May 15 to one of three addresses (email or postal address) mentioned above.
6) In addition to being featured on the menus, they are retained for the haiku contest (suggestion of Cognard master). The jury constituted for this purpose together the best haiku of each of the following: 1) History and Mythology 2) Arts and Literature (including martial arts) 3) real or imaginary 4) Daily Life 5) Nature.
You can take part in this project in three ways:
- By offering to assist in its implementation.
- By offering you as a translator.
- By sending one or more haiku on a topic related to Japan (reminder: a haiku is a short poem in three lines of 5/7/5 syllables).
Any proposed participation or sending haiku is to be sent to Miriam Morvan one of three addresses (email or postal address) mentioned above.
Sincerely
Myriam Morvan
